It’s the motto which identify us into the most careful breeders in the valorization and enhancement about the diversity of nature, to bring it on the world maketplace.
Our project took place in 2004, nearby an abbey in the green hills surrounding Bologna, and we have developed it remaining here in the motor valley, land of red passion for 2 and 4 wheeled rockets.
Mixing together this passion with the spirit of the Benedictine rule “ora et labora” we develop new vegetable varieties: we want to be protagonists in “Colouring the Taste”!
